These Terms govern your use of Projeyes Platform and projeyes.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

Platform/Service: Projeyes Platform and any related applications/APIs.

User: any person who creates an account or uses the service.

Customer/Entity: the company/organization that owns the workspace.

Admin: a user with administrative permissions on the workspace.

Acceptance and Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, protecting your password, and all activity under your account.

Do not share login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Projeyes Platform for:

  • Any unlawful activity or violation of others' rights.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or bypass service restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or disassembling the platform or any part of it.
  • Uploading malware or content that causes harm or data leakage.
  • Sending spam or abusing users.
  • Uploading highly sensitive data without necessity (e.g., health/biometric/state secrets) - such use requires a separate agreement and additional controls.

We reserve the right to suspend offending accounts immediately to protect the platform and customers.

Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

Plan details and pricing are displayed on the website/platform and may change.

Free trials may be limited by time and/or features.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Prices may not include VAT or government fees unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Refunds (if any) follow the refund policy shown at the time of payment or a separate enterprise agreement.

Customer Data and User Content

Workspace data and content (projects/tasks/attachments, etc.) belong to the customer/user.

You grant Projeyes Platform a limited license to process this data only to provide, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and for obtaining required consents from data subjects in your team/entity.

Confidentiality

If you receive confidential information relating to Projeyes Platform or another customer due to an error or improper sharing, you must not use it and must notify us immediately. We apply similar obligations to your data.

Intellectual Property

Projeyes Platform and all associated rights (UI, code, trademarks, designs, documentation) are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not use our trademarks or copy any part of the service beyond normal permitted use unless we approve in writing.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Projeyes Platform is not responsible for failures or losses caused by third parties outside our control.

Service Availability and Support

We aim for high availability, but planned maintenance or outages may occur.

Support levels may vary by plan (e.g., Standard/Priority).

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Use the service in a way that harms the platform or customers.
  • Are subject to a binding legal request/order.

You may stop using the service by canceling your account/subscription. After termination, access to data may be discontinued after a limited period (with export options before shutdown where available).

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times (we commit to reasonable technical and operational efforts).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Projeyes Platform is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption, loss of reputation).
  • Our total liability, if proven, is typically limited to the fees you paid over a defined period (this can be customized in a separate enterprise agreement).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the company operating Projeyes Platform against claims arising from:

  • Your unlawful or infringing content.
  • Your misuse of the service.
  • Your violation of others' rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts within the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction unless a different written agreement applies.

Notices and Communications

We may send notices via:

  • Your registered email address.
  • In-platform notifications.
  • Posting updates on the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
